Randall Townsel
Randall Townsel has over 28 years of experience as a real estate professional and business owner. Throughout Randall’s tenure, he has developed hundreds of units of residential properties, acquired and sold over $100M in both residential and commercial real estate, managed hundreds of residential and commercial properties and negotiated numerous transactions with banks and real estate entrepreneurs.

Randall Townsel uses his business experience to find, analyze and create deals for vacant, residential and commercial real estate. With a BS in economics from Northern Illinois University, and practical field experience, Randall is able to analyze and forecast the hard and soft costs of potential projects. Randall has had great success in securing viable sources of funding to bring potential projects to fruition.
